Youssef was great. From the start of the loan process till closing he kept us well informed and communicated every step of the way. Early in the morning, late at night, weekends, he made himself available to answer any questions. We did not have an “ideal” situation to get a mortgage, but Youssef and team got the job done in a caring and professional manner.
