In the midst of all other difficulties that came along with this purchase, one thing the buyers were always peaceful about was their loan commitment and the conversations they had with Youssef. Bob went above and beyond by not only supporting us in the process of getting our first mortgage and buying our first home, but he was consistently available for our endless questions and concerns. He called or emailed us before any new movement in the process so that we understood every detail. He helped us work through multiple loan scenarios to find the best fit for our situation.
