By the time we connected with Kelly McHale we had a good sense of what would be expected of us in terms of information required and the timelines required for submission. Kelly communicated where we were in the process and was responsive and helpful as we had questions and moved forward towards loan approval.

I was able to get in contact with Kelly...in some form(email, text,call,etc.), throughout the process. Kelly walked me through changing my bank accounts to PDF'S. I am not that computer savvy The entire process was nothing like my previous experiences in decades of ?Home equity line of credit/mortgages/home Refinance, etc.
