Kelly was always available to take the time to clarify any emails from the title company and those representing the mortgagee. She was always responsive to any correspondence I sent her. It was very obvious from the beginning that she was going to be there to do what’s best for me throughout the whole process even remembering the little items I had asked for at the very beginning. As a real estate paralegal and investor, I deal with mortgage companies on a daily basis and I can confidently say I would recommend her to all my friends and family and anticipate using her services in the future.
