The level of communication and professionalism was impressive. Client was with another lender before we met who informed him that his paystubs "looked sketchy" and ultimately made some mistakes that had us pull out of a deal before it became an issue. Working with Kelly was a day and night difference. Her understanding of the process and her knowledge of financing strategies allowed us to adjust LTV, prepay mortgage insurance and keep 9k in the client's pocket while maintaining the same payment.

It was a pleasure to work with Youssef and his team now for a third time. Like the other transactions, they made what could be a daunting process one of the easiest parts of my home buying experience. Youssef is a wealth of knowledge and it’s evident he truly loves what he does. He was always eager to answer my endless list of questions and never made me feel like a burden. He and his team responded to my emails very quickly and were always very organized. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
